The Bravo Award honors an individual who is recognized to be an exemplary member of our Fine Arts Foundation volunteer community. The recipient is someone whose selfless commitment with time, talent and tender serves as a role model to others within and outside our Fine Arts Foundation community.
The recipient is a lover of the arts fully upholding the Fine Arts Foundation traditions.
The Bravo Award is given at the discretion of the Honors Selection Committee of the Fine Arts Foundation and is not necessarily an annual award.
To date three women have received the Bravo Award:

As an organization founder it was Vivian Tate‘s passion, vision and commitment to produce the most elegant, traditional, family-oriented Summer Debutante Ball. In so doing, she chaired every committee, did every job, and held every position on the Board of Directors. The Fine Arts Foundation owes its success to Vivian. It was her passion, her baby, her life and her dream.

Mary McNicholas speaks from her heart. She is dedicated to helping others donating her time and expertise. Mary cares about community and causes. There are probably very few causes in the Denver area that Mary, along with husband Kevin, have not supported. In the community, Mary is known as the “go to person” putting together countless successful charitable auctions. Mary is a fervent supporter of non-profit foundations and she has graciously sat on the Board of Directors of the Fine Arts Foundation for many years. Mary is caring, enthusiastic, devoted, intelligent, witty and a treasured friend to all who know her.

Margo Schlup is charming, enthusiastic, loyal, brilliant, funny and capable. She has held every major office in our organization adding value and innovation to each of those positions. When chairing a committee, Margo known for her organizational skills, would reorganize to make it function properly and then break the committee into several sub-committees to enhance the purpose and meaning of the original committee. She is always prepared with agendas, notes and research to support her very good ideas. Margo has given years to our organization and has donated additional countless hours to other causes important to her.
